We want you to try Ultra Bann with complete confidence. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to ask for a refund. Yes, even if you have opened and tried your first bottle.

How it works

1. Contact us at info@ultrabann.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
2. We reply within 2 business days with your return authorization and the return address. Please do not ship anything before you receive it, so we can match your package to your order.
3. Send the product back, including the opened bottle and any unopened bottles from the same order.
4. Get your money back. Once we receive your return, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

The details

• One opened bottle per order is covered. On multi-bottle orders, the other bottles must be returned unopened to be refunded.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
• One guarantee per customer. The guarantee applies to your first order, so every new customer can try Ultra Bann risk-free.
• Where you bought it matters. This guarantee covers orders placed on ultrabann.com. Orders from Amazon, eBay or other retailers follow that retailer’s return policy.

Damaged, missing or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you will not need to return the damaged item.

Order cancellations

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
